These bird feeders are available in three contemporary styles, made of brushed stainless steel, slate and glass. The end of each bird feeder pole is beveled for ease of putting in the earth. We do sell an optional concrete base for each in deep gray, sold separately, $79. The glass pane houses make viewing the seed interesting, when contrasting seed is layered within the house, patterning will occur as the birds eat. The glass pane bird feeders have two dowels, one on either side and rubber washers hold these in place. For the slate roof birdhouses and the stainless house, you choose a branch to insert for the bird rest.
