Lead Winged Putti Holding a Fish
Between 1680 and 1770, almost every important English garden featured lead cisterns, pots, planters and finials. Production waned until the early 20th century, when a small number of firms began making lead garden ornament in classical styles, such as this Winged Putti.
Beautiful example of English Arts and Crafts Movement subjects from Crowther, England.
