This vertical spouting lead fountain of a boy holding a fish is English made. It is after the original by Verrochio, sculpted between 1435 and 1488.  The original is still on display at the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, Italy.  It is another example of a figurative representation so popular with gardeners it is still made to the present day. This statue is plumbed.
