This is an English lead piece. In the 1980s the ingenious David Crowther came up with the idea of adding wings to the already famous Crowther pigs. They became an immediate success. Not only was Crowther the world leader in producing the pig as a garden ornament, they also became the first to add wings. An idea that has now been replicated by many. Because the flying piglet became extremely sought after, Crowther has started making it again.
