English 18th century Stone Trough
This is an English 18th century stone trough, circa 1780, measuring 27″ in width, 55″ in length and 26″ in height . The surface of the stone is home to many varied colonies of lichens, appropriate to its age. The edge of the trough is 4″ in thickness and the inner depth is 18″. There is one front low drain hole, visible in the photography. A type of limestone, approx. 2000 lbs.
