Copy of a group; Boy with a Swan;, the original cast by Geiss, circa 1850. The artist was Professor Kalide (1801-1864) of Berlin. The group was a feature to be seen at the Great Exhibition at Crystal Palace in the 19th century. A zinc example of this model is in the Italian Gardens of Osborne House, Isle of Wight.
